I feel addicted to tea with honey. Its official. I've been drinking it a lot over the past couple of days, as I absolutely, positively have not been able to get/stay warm, regardless of how much I'm wearing while I'm ouside. Perhaps I'll up my ginger intake? I really don't want to be consuming this much honey. Its not raw, and I feel bloated/like I'm getting sick. I'm also starting to crave crap food. I'm going to stop it cold turkey (for at least the next 7 days) and see what happens.

Alison,
I've had the same problem with honey, I had it for maybe around four days with the coconut butter and very soon I began craving more fruits in my juices (very unusual for me, as I don't do very well with too much fruit) and feeling bloated and not so nice......
Maybe honey just doesn't suit some of us right now? I can't have bee pollen either, I get a reaction.....
I put a big piece of ginger in every juice I make, it is warming and tastes good too.....
Have you tried a pinch of stevia in your tea?
xx Neeta
Lemon tea with honey is great.
