Today's Juices:
-- 2 quarts apple/celery (2 heads celery, 12 apples)
-- lots of tea with honey
-- 1 quart water w/MSM & lemon
Wow. Definitely not the best day ever. So Thursdays are ROUGH. I just started my grad school classes this evening. This means I leave my house in the morning at 7:30 to go to school, go directly from school to class, and classes at 8:40 night. I don't have time to stop at home to make an additional quart of juice, and carrying more than two quarts with me at a time isn't feasible (I already have a laptop bag + bag full of juices/papers/teacher stuff). I suppose next week I could have two quarts waiting for me at home, so that I could swing by and pick them up...other than that I don't know what to do. I could also find a juice bar in Queens near school.
What I do know is that I drank enough tea with honey today to sustain me energy/calorie/blood sugar wise, but I am really feeling it now. I am really out of whack and...feeling ugh. I'm too exhausted to make juices/deal with the VitaMix at this point, so I'm just going to have some water w/MSM and hit the sack.
I was thinking about it, and I'm going to just drink bottled water at Starbuck's from now on. I don't need their lame tea. Most of its not even organic! Besides, I absolutely don't like drinking it without honey anyway. I'm also going to bring a quart of delicious apple/blueberry juice to drink while I'm taking care of business. :) I'm over the honey.
I am also considering making all four quarts of juices in the morning to better facilitate the feast. When I get home from school in the afternoon, I'm not very motivated to squeeze out a quart of juice before heading out to Manhattan. If I get it all done in the morning, I can just grab it and go.
Merh. I'm in a bit of a poopy mood. I'm sure it will lift once I get some serious kale into my system tomorrow morning! :)
