Thirteen.

Today's feast (so far):
-- 80z saltwater flush [ew]
-- 1qt blueberry/apple (1 cup blueberries, 2 gala apples, 4 small golden delicious apples)
-- 1qt apple/pear with spirulina (3 gala apples, 4 small golden delicious, 3 bosc pears, 1 tsp spirulina)
-- 1qt apple/chard (1/2 bunch chard, 1 red delicious apple, 5 small green delicious apples, 1 tablespoon hemp oil)
-- 1 qt water w/ lemon & msm

I woke up with a scratchy throat feeling. Not quite scratchy, but the feeling that would normally indicate that I was getting sick. I'm guessing this means my body spent the 9 hours I was asleep detoxing? I'm not entirely sure, but I took it easy today regardless. I'm going to make it a point to sleep more during the week next week.

I tried a salt water flush this morning, and was rather unimpressed with the results. I think I'm going to take the senna tea a little more consistently than I have been (lol, once). I don't like the idea of taking it nightly, but maybe every other night would be a good choice.

Hm..I've been cranky all day, but I really shouldn't be. Things always fall into place for me, so the way I've been seeing it, I'm causing myself unnecessary stress by worrying about things that are essentially irrelevant.

I headed up to the Union Square farmer's market to pick up a billion of bags of the McIntosh apples to juice by themselves...but they were out! They're not organic, but they're local & minimally treated, and a sweet $1 for a 3lb bag. I ended up buying a bunch of red delicious apples for 75¢/lb. Not bad. They're very fragrant and...delicious. :)

We finally got our DVD player hooked up to the television. Yoga time!
