Hm...I'm sneaking up on Day 30 pretty fast, and thats really exciting! I know I say it all the time, but the juice feast has really been flying by.
today's juices, so far:
-- 2 quarts kale/spinach/apple/cuke (1 bunch kale, 5 oz spinach, 6 gala apples, 2 cucumbers)
-- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
-- 8 oz chamomile tea w/ honey
-- 1 qt apple/blueberry (5 gala apples, 1.5 cups blueberries)
-- mint tea w/ honey
